Tamsin is an attractive woman, which of course, she knows. She is tall, with all the right curves. She has long blonde hair that falls over her shoulders and is naturally wavy. Combined with her bright blue eyes, this makes her look rather angelic. This look changes significantly when she shows you one of her plaful, if not a little mischievous, smiles.

As a writer at British Vogue, it can only be expected of her that she knows how to dress well. Her style can be described as elegant, sophisticated and polished. She almost exclusively wears high-end pieces from a whole array of luxury brands. She often wears tailored suits, which in her mind helps for people to take her seriously, yet she puts a feminine touch to it. Her casual style is more relaxed, with jeans and blouses being staple pieces. She doesn't mind dressing a little provocatively when she's going out, opting to wear nothing but lingerie under her signature jackets and blazers. She's almost always wearing heels and opts for neat jewelry. You'll hardly ever catch her without her hair being perfectly styled.

When first meeting Tamsin, one will notice how captivating she is. She has no problem taking command of a room and barking out orders, but often does so with a light and friendly touch. A skilled communicator, she knows how to persuade people and warm her way into their hearts. She is a relatively peaceful person unless challenged.

She has an excellent intuition and is very good at reading between the lines. She won't break the rules, but instead find a way around them. What makes her so good at her job are the fresh and innovative ideas she has to present. While Tamsin enjoys tossing out all kinds of ideas, she's also quite skilled at executing them and allowing those around her to understand her thought process.

Tamsin has a tendency to mask her emotions, often through using humour. It's hard to open up how she feels to her loved ones, let alone to a stranger. When she's feeling emotional, she needs to do something about it. It's important for Tamsin to be true to herself, live authentically and be independent. She can be rather relentless and doesn’t give up when she sets her mind to something.

    History

    place of birth |

    Chelsea, London, England

    date of birth |

    August 25th, 1993

Tamsin was born as the oldest child of Hugh and Beatrice Evans. She grew up in an upper middle class family. She is a member of a landed gentry family, although she's nowhere close to a hereditary title. Her childhood home is in the cosmopolitan and affluent district of Chelsea, where her parents owned a large townhouse next to Burton Court. Her father is a boardmember for BBC, while her mother is a psychiatrist.

She was an easy child growing up, albeit a little stubborn. Pushing the limits of the rules her parents enforced was one of her daily activities. Whilst she got punished for it as a child, she soon found new ways to bend the rules her way when she was a teenager. From age four she attended Highgate School in London, a place she so very much enjoyed until she became a teenager.

Like every teen, she struggled finding her true self. She often didn't feel complete, even though she seemingly had it all. She was popular, good-looking and had her own sense of style. Her appearance got the attention of many boys, some of which were lucky enough to be her boyfriend. She was doing so well academically that she got selected to attend several writing programs from the likes of Cambridge and Oxford. However, her succes also came with bullying from other students, hoping that this would make her insecure. It worked for a while and Tamsin believed it was better to fit in than to stand out. She became reserved in expressing her emotions to her parents. Thankfully, her parents noticed this and her declining grades in time to make their daughter change her life around.

To her parents approval, Tamsin got accepted into Oxford. She moved away from home and into freedom when she was eightteen. She absolutely loved the liberty living away from home gave her. At Oxford, there was no one trying to drag her down, instead trying to lift each other up. Tamsin also developed feelings for a girl in one of her classes, it was the first time she had ever felt like this about a woman before. Eventually, she started dating her. And while this was a revelation for her personally, she was terribly afraid to tell her parents. She still had trouble expressing her feelings to them and didn't the entire time she was at Oxford.

When she earned her undergraduate, she decided to pursue her passion and earn a graduate degree in fashion. After all, she only had one dream of where she wanted to work when she grew up: at a fashion magazine. She moved back to London when she was twenty-one and moved back in with her parents for a while. This also confronted her with the fact she felt the need to come out to them. When she did at the end of earning her graduate degree, they told her they were perfectly fine with it and that she shouldn't have worried in the first place.

As soon as she earned her graduate degree, age twenty-three, she started to apply for jobs. She moved out of her parents house into an appartment in Paddington, but her parents still insisted on paying the rent until she got a job. After a few months, she got hired as a freelancewriter for British Vogue. She worked hard, simultaneously taking on other freelancing jobs, until she got offered a job as a full-time writer when she was twenty-five. With  three years under her belt at Vogue and the massive inheritance of her grandmother, she was able to buy her own teenie tiny flat. She moved to Marylebone, where she is still living today.
