If there is one thing that you can count on with Dax, it’s that he is dressed in the finest attires. Often dressed a bit more casual yet still classy, since he has an image to uphold. For business meetings or important parties he does dress for the occasion, think suits from the biggest brands.

Often enough the man is found in the gym, since he is a very athletic man he takes care of his mind and body. Going on daily morning runs is his way to clear his mind, yet in the gym he mostly works on his core muscles and his back. Everything about his appearance just clicks.

Personality

He has always been the kind of person that wants to go forward in life. No obstacle is too big for him to overcome. Which makes him the perfect business man. He is witty, focused, determined and knows what he wants as far as his business goes. Wanting to build an empire under the Davies name together with his cousin.

Besides that he is a go-getter, the man can be quite captivating and charming as well. Knowing his way around people, which is a good thing both in business and personal life. Yet, when you truly get to know Dax, you know that he is a kind-hearted man as well. That he would do anything for his friends and family and that he will always help out if he has the chance.

Though the man also has some problems with his temper. One that doesn’t show very often but when it does, then it’s just best to get out of his way and let him cool down for a while.

Born on the 10th of November in the Royal London Hospital, as the first child of the Davies – Merrick family. His parents were happy, off course they were. They had been trying for the longest time now, and finally they had a little boy. They took care of their little bean in the best way possible. Granted the little guy the best education they could afford and just let him grow up carelessly. No other siblings followed in the first few years, which gave them all the time to focus on their little boy and their work. Both of his parents never quit work and they had quite important jobs in the business world.

It was due to the work ethic of his parents that Dax became so focused and determined in everything he did. Sports was something he excelled at. No sport was too hard for him, quite good in polo and soccer as well. Over the years he let his skill both in sports and other things grow. Enjoying the small things in life, but also the larger than life things. His mother became ill by the time he was eight years old. Lung cancer, stage 4. So whatever time the family had left, it was spend together with Katherine. Taking small trips with her. Just enjoying the time they had left. This went on for a year and a half, until she passed away. Which took quite a lot from Dax. His father focused on work and work alone, leaving Dax to deal with his grief.

Grief that only outed itself when he got a bit older. Often getting into trouble, almost smearing the family name. Almost. Until his father actually sent him to a boarding school. His teens were rowdy to say the least, trouble was his middle name but he always charmed his way out of trouble. On his eighteenth he graduated and after that he got accepted into QCL. Rolling into business and management off course. Joining a fraternity as well. It were golden years for sure. Yet he never lost track of what he wanted to accomplish. Graduating almost top of the class, after a few years of hard work mixed with some off course. Since he was still a college student, and a man who enjoyed to party. The man also worked during his college experience in bars and clubs, which gave him the feeling of what he wanted to do later in life.

With his eye on the prize and working for his father for a year or two and often having meetings with other people from the club scene. He eventually had saved up enough money to buy up Club 369. Set on making it the biggest and best club for everyone that was in for a party. Having cutting ideas about what he wanted to accomplish with the club, and building on those ideas.
